T2 was founded by Pete after working in front line Operations for the British Ministry of Defence as a Military Bomb Disposal Officer and later as a Strategic Planner.
After then dedicating another 6 years to public service in Education as a Digital change strategist and portfolio manager, Pete joined a multi-award winning Engineering Partnership as a digital consultant where he supported growth and global project rollouts of digital software portfolios in a variety of services.
“T2 was born out of the struggles of COVID lockdown where we saw software and process changes shoehorned into the working lives of those that were not ready, or had not been consulted well enough.
We see companies struggle all the time with adjusting to the new wave of hybrid working and supporting the generational spread and digital literacy within their teams. Patience, coaching and mentoring teams through change projects is key, no longer can we expect our people to adapt on their own – we must provide structure and enduring change approaches to ensure our business’ success is looked after for the long haul.
I am a working Dad who understands both the pressures of senior leadership and the drive and resilience needed for front line operational work. We need to connect and support both groups during delivery, ensuring buy-in from both ends of the operational spectrum.
